I don't have the paper here at home, but I can't think of any reason the standard deviation in part (c) would be any different than it was in parts (a) and (b).
Dear Mr. Bigner,
I have been working a horendously monotonous number crunching job for 40 hours a week. These are the most painful weeks of my life. I had to plead to my boss to let me listen to music while doing this. I have been listening to your radio station and just wanted to thank you for making the day go a bit faster. Also, I got a 4 on the AP, so thank you for your expert teaching!
